The new Arsenal, old Spurs and the new Man Utd

Liverpool are the new Arsenal. Beautiful  football, but winning nothing.

Man Utd are the Spurs of old. Have the money, have the players, have the coach and all that adds up to, is mid-table anonymity.

I hate to say it, but City, (sigh), well, are the new Man Utd.

Guardiola has no Messi here, no Xavi or Iniesta. Yet, he turned a muppet like Sterling into a propah playa. Imagine Zaha or Walcott getting the Guardiola treatment.

As I watch the United share price squirm and Pogba play like he does not care, I don’t know. I just don’t know.
